Together, we’re working at the pace of change on diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges, driven by knowing that behind every test there is a patient waiting.Learn about the which makes everything possible.The Regional Marketing Associate, ANZ is responsible for working closely with Commercial Sales and Regional Marketing partners, to plan and execute demand generation and sales enablement activities in the Australia and New Zealand and surrounding region.This position is part of the Regional Marketing Organisation located remotely with regular travel across Australia and New Zealand and surrounding region. At Cepheid, our vision is, to improve patient outcomes by enabling access to molecular diagnostic testing everywhere.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support Regional Marketing team in preparation of and execute components of commercial marketing tactical plan, including product launches and utilisation of digital marketing in omnichannel campaigns.
- Independently plan, organize and execute regional tradeshows, webinars and seminars. Measure ROI from events and develop programs to nurture and convert leads to sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with digital marketing partners and commercial team members to brainstorm, develop and create assets to drive demand generation in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage a network of key opinion leaders in the region.
- Support Regional Marketing’s representation in the region’s Growth Room and OPS reviews through establishing, maintaining and reporting on KPIs (leading and lagging, eg. New Product Introduction, TM.)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Life Sciences or Marketing
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Marketing or Sales discipline in the Diagnostics or Devices Industry
- Expertise with complex, multi-departmental healthcare sales
- Experience working in cross functional teams with a proven track record working with geographically dispersed team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to deliver complex information into a simplified manner for the audience to understand
- Experience in TGA-regulated industries
- Proficiency in sales/marketing enablement platforms such as Marketing automation platforms, Power BI, Miro, Workfront, Seismic, and Salesforce.com
- Understanding of region-wide cultural differences and approaches
