Summary
As part of the APAC Marketing team and reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, the Regional Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) region, with additional regional responsibilities for projects/initiatives for the broader APAC region. , You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives in the ANZ market. Your role is instrumental in enhancing Workiva's awareness, driving lead generation, and fostering revenue growth through a versatile omnichannel strategy. You will collaborate with the Sales, Inside Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Client Services teams to shape a unified go-to-market approach and also enable effective measurement of marketing ROI. This role is suitable for a proactive self-starter who is motivated to make a meaningful impact and expand our global presence through marketing.
What You Will Do
Deliver world-class marketing programs that generate brand awareness, enhance customer journey and support pipeline conversions and bookings.
Develop a thorough understanding of Workiva's offerings and value proposition, communicating them clearly and effectively through digital & customer engagement initiatives.
Manage a myriad of marketing programs, both online and offline,including custom events, sponsorships, webinars and partner-marketing lead generation activities for the market
Partner with digital marketing team in SEO/SEM, social and paid campaigns to enhance website, social and campaign performance in ANZ.
Partner with APAC & global team to develop content strategy that provides relevant, up-to-date and creative localized content including infographics, case studies, white papers and other collaterals that engage and strengthen our brand and solution positioning.
Monitor marketing ROI and performance metrics through marketing dashboards and insights.
Align closely with sales, inside sales and customer success teams to deliver tailored pipeline generation, acceleration and expansion programs.
Manage marketing partners and vendors through procurement process and delivery outcome
Play a key role in APAC and global marketing growth strategy

Ability to collaborate with internal peers and management as well as vendors and external agencies
Minimum qualifications
- At least 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years and a Master's degree;
Preferred qualifications
Familiar with Google Analytics and other relevant marketing certifications
Familiar with Marketo, SalesForce, Quicksight, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other email automation tool.
