As they continue to grow their services in Residential Aged Care Living, they are seeking a qualified and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a few residential Aged Care facilities in Melbourne.
About the Opportunity
Supported by a collaborative clinical and management team, we are seeking a caring and dynamic leader with RN clinical qualifications and demonstrated experience in leading a multi-disciplinary allied health teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and empowering the team to embed a culture of patient-centric care, teamwork, and community care.
- Develop and deliver the organisational strategy in partnership with the executive leadership team.
- Managing governance across company policies, systems and processes including organisational risk framework, mandatory reporting, assets, and workforce management.
- Develop a culture open to staff learning, development and knowledge sharing always striving to be the best in the industry.
- Plan and deliver the achievement of safety outcomes, always ensuring safety first for patients, staff and the community.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement programs to current services whilst demonstrating inspirational resilience and professionalism.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of Residential Aged Care key performance indicators,
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Management Team to enhance the Aged Care quality systems and contribute to quality improvement programs and other facility activities to meet service/accreditation standards.
- Participate in the strategic, business and budget planning process and report progress in respect to Residential Aged Care
Skills and Experience
- Proven leadership experience leading a multi-disciplinary team across the Aged Care sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Management/Commerce or relevant field.
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate innovative and patient centric strategies.
- Advanced business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and performance data.
- High level of knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, standards and government funding models.
