About you:
The Regional Operations Manager role is responsible for a cluster of practices specific to both SA and WA. This role is required to optimise revenue and profitability for commercial growth, mentor and coach their people leaders to ensure we have
highly capable performing teams and implement business strategies and initiatives
that allow their practices and the region to exceed performance expectations.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Driving optimal patient care whilst achieving growth in practice revenue and profitability.
- Proactively Manage Practice Teams and Dentists
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience at an operational management level in one or more
- areas: practice management, professional service management.
- Sound track record in managing budget and costs and achieving profitable
- outcomes in a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated achievements in business process improvement at a business level in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the dental industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams in various locations, face to face and virtually.
- Sound understanding of patient expectations and a commitment to the delivery of outstanding quality service.
- Base level knowledge of dental procedures in order to understand the difference between quality and non-quality work
