The Role:
We are searching for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as the Regional Retail Manager. This is a pivotal role as we rapidly expand our retail presence with new stores planned over the next 24 months. As the Regional Retail Manager, you will oversee the operations of up to 10 stores, ensuring high standards of customer service, store performance, and employee satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in opening new stores in both QLD and VIC.
About You:
- A minimum of 5 years' management experience in fashion and accessories retail sales.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Extensive expertise in managing multi-site retail and retail sales.
- Knowledgeable in retail loss prevention techniques.
- Ability to inspire and lead store managers with effective leadership skills.
- Proficiency in organisational tasks: inventory management, scheduling, and sales analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in the fashion or accessories industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for store openings and management.
