Regional Australia Bank is growing, and we are seeking a talented Product Manager in Retail Banking to lead the charge in shaping and managing our diverse range of products.
About the Role
As our Product Manager, Retail Banking you’ll play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle—from conception and design to implementation and ongoing management.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through a variety of Retail Banking products, including transactional and savings accounts, lending products, payment solutions, and insurance solutions.
About You
We are looking for someone that can bring the following aspects to this exciting role:
Expertise & Experience: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, and/or proven experience in product management.
Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Retail Banking sector and financial services, with previous retail product management experience in the sector highly regarded.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital platforms and agile methodologies.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop product strategies, analyse data, and drive performance.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
