My Supports is a well-established, registered NDIS provider with over 500 staff across five states. We were founded in 2015 by two people with disabilities and a third who was a carer for a family member. Nearly a quarter of our staff identify as having a disability and 70% have lived experience.
We have the vision to deliver quality individualised support through neighbourhood teams, bringing local knowledge and connections. We carefully match support workers to help clients to be included in and contribute to their community.
The Role
As the Regional Manager, you will lead the delivery of person-centered services for individuals with disabilities in the Sydney Metro region, with many of our teams located around Blacktown, Macarthur and Liverpool. A focus of this role will also be the growth of our services in the Sydney area through outreach and community connection in what is a culturally diverse region. This successful candidate will have the drive, network and relationship skills to fulfill these growth ambitions within community.
At My Supports we call our state/ regional managers “Coaches”. This is because you will provide guidance, support and coaching development to your Neighbourhood Team Leaders ensuring high-quality, genuinely person-centred supports including core support, support coordination and community-based accommodation (ILO) services.

- Growth of My Supports name and reputation in NSW, and significant growth in local teams and clients across the State.
- Sustainable delivery of services, encompassing employee well-being, compliance with legal requirements, and financial viability.
- You will also play a significant role as part of My Supports' national management team, contributing to strategy development, cultural leadership, and management of strategic projects assigned by the CEO.
The Candidate
We are seeking a candidate with a strong blend of hands-on operational management experience within the NDIS sector and outstanding networking and business development skills. You will have:
- A profound passion for working with individuals with disabilities, as well as their families and informal support networks, toward achieving meaningful goals.
- Significant (5+ years) experience in leadership and management roles, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams. Experience in overseeing multiple teams across different regions and/or in mid- to senior-management roles will be advantageous.
- A proactive and energetic approach to building community relationships, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth within NSW, showcasing a deep understanding of local needs in a culturally diverse region.
- Extensive experience in disability advocacy, familiarity with the NDIS and its framework, a strong grasp of relevant legislation and standards, and a comprehension of industry reporting requirements and quality/safeguarding standards.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at listening and responding to the needs and concerns of both clients and staff.
Location & Benefits
My Supports operates nationally with a presence in WA, NSW, Victoria, Queensland and SA, and maintains a small national office in Perth. This role offers a work-from-home arrangement, allowing the successful candidate to be based anywhere across the Central Coast or Sydney. Occasional travel will be required to engage in community-based functions and outreach to support the growth of our services across NSW, about two interstate trips a year for staff and strategy meetings.
