About the role
Reporting to the General Manager – Western, you will lead and mentor our Goldfields and Metro sales teams to deliver excellent customer relationships, annual revenue and profit targets.
Your responsibilities will be to-
• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Goldfield and Metro Sales Team
• Develop, mentor and motivate your team to achieve superior results
• Identify, convert and allocate sales opportunities within scope of the business plans and annual budgets
• Monitor and deliver on commercial performance requirements in accordance with the budget and KPI's
• Frequent travel will be required to ensure a strong presence and high level of contact and support for your region.
• Demonstrable broad and in-depth experience in sales within a multi-site environment
• Ability and desire to lead, coach and develop talent within a sales team with a minimum of 8 years experience direct people leadership experience
• Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
• Excellent financial analytical capability and numerically astuteness
• Exceptional customer relationship building skills
