The Opportunity:
Reporting to the State Manager, you will execute the state sales strategy and help drive sustainable sales growth for our extensive dental consumable’s portfolio. You will also support and cultivate an inclusive team culture enabling continuous improvement through your collaboration and effective leadership. To be successful in this role, you will bring a proven track record of supporting and maintaining a market leading Regional Sales operation, and strong leadership, along with an inherent drive for performance and success.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the retail sales team
- Drive strategic projects within the state
- Ownership of all performance reviews, career and successions plans
- Maintain and develop existing and new relationships with key customers, vendors and other partners
- Support company representation at State ADIA, ADA Conference related activity – including Australian Dental Exhibition & Congress
- Responsible for staff adherence to HSH Policies and Procedures
- Maintain an ambassadorial role with our customers as conduit to the greater organisation
- Other tasks and projects deemed suitable
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years previous sales management experience (B2B)
- Prior dental sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales growth
- Ability to manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to rollout
- A strong leader of medium sized high performing sales teams where you have demonstrated success in brining your team ‘on the journey with you’.
- Customer focussed, and strong relationship builder and nurturer
- Salesforce system experience, inc. reporting and data analysis
- You will be emotionally intelligent, with a growth mindset
