We are seeking a Sales Manager in Melbourne, Australia.
How you'll contribute:
Managing all aspects of the business relationship between Biamp and customers in this region.
Forecasting product sales and assisting customers on all AV products, projects, and solution needs.
Providing market intelligence, feedback and assigned reporting to management on a regular basis.
Attending and assisting at trade show and industry events where relevant. Ability to demonstrate Biamp solutions at these events.
Coordinating training schedules for customers.
Driving sales in the region to meet targets.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
A successful candidate should have:
Experience in the professional audiovisual industry. Preference will be given to candidates with proven sales experience in commercial audiovisual and control solutions.
Experience and ability to assist Biamp customers with Biamp’s design tools and industry recognized audio, modelling, and networking design software packages.
Ability to build long-term relationships and drive sales initiatives with Biamp’s customers.
Strong presentation skills: ability to provide both technical and sales presentations to any level of attendee, from company executives to technical audiences.
Self motivation to allow optimum output in a location remote from the company’s headquarters.
Proficiency in computer skills, including working knowledge of the MS Office suite (including PowerPoint).
Work Environment:
Up to 75% of travel is required working from a home office arrangement. Regional, interstate travel and occasional overseas travel will be required as part of the sales duties.
