ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated FMCG Sales Territory Manager to join our VIC Field Sales Team, supporting the growth of all our beloved brands.
Reporting to the VIC Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets through the acquisition of new business and through the development of effective sales strategies in an existing North Western Victoria customer base encompassing Mildura, Hopetoun, Broken Hill, Balranald, Swan Hill, Kerang, & Hay. As part of this, some overnight travel is required once per month along the border to Kerang and back.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Achieving volume, revenue sales targets as per sales plan;
- Achieving set product distribution targets;
- Driving new business opportunities within your territory.
- Managing company assets such as Fridges.
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with our transport providers that deliver our products to our customers
- Conducting sales presentations, coordinating promotions, merchandising & brand development
- Managing all placement of company point of sale material;
- Providing market information and feedback to management; and
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.
