We have an outstanding opportunity to elevate your career in a highly respected, market leading, global MedTech company as a critical leader in our Joint Reconstruction business. In this role you will lead, coach and develop a team of exceptional Sales Representatives to achieve targets and agreed account metrics while identifying and developing state based business opportunities. Your partnership with your immediate and cross-functional teams will enable the delivery of the teams Key Account Plans and through your customer centric focus with internal and external stakeholders.
This role reports to the Director of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mentoring and developing of sales team to deliver individual sales targets.
- Contribute to the development of Sales and KAP strategies and regional/national sales targets.
- Execution of national marketing strategy into regional plans enabling team development growth and sales success.
- Increase unit growth, profitability, and market share for existing and potential customers.
- Coach and mentor Sales Representatives in their development plan while setting expectations including sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular Personal Development Plan Review meetings with all direct reports to ascertain their aspirations and training needs.
- Complete required reports following customer meetings/ trade displays as required.
Qualifications - External
ITS ALL ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary education within Health Sciences, Business or Engineering.
- Related industry experience in Orthopedic Medical Devices preferred.
- People leadership or demonstrated peer leadership experience desirable.
- Corporate networking and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to resolve conflict.
- Driver’s License required.
