About the role
The Regional WHS and Injury Management – SA/NT Region is Adelaide based, with some site based travel to regional SA & NT service sites. The role is full-time, based at our Shared Service Office in Adelaide CBD, with flexible/hybrid work arrangements available. This role leads a team of WHS & Wellness Advisors, Return to Work Coordinators and Respiratory Fit Testers to provide operational WHS services to all Calvary services (Hospitals, Aged Care & Homecare) in South Australia & the Northern Territory. This role works closely with our service general managers to ensure safe systems and work environments at our services.
Your main duties will include:
- Leadership & management of the Regional WHS & Injury Management team to deliver WHS & IM services
- Partnering & supporting Calvary service leadership teams to drive positive safety performance & outcomes
- Provide expert knowledge and develop key initiatives to manage and reduce key WHS risks in the services.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent significant skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in a senior WHS management position, in a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in leading high performing teams
- Current & valid ‘C’ class drivers licence
