Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst. You must have demonstrated business analysis experience transitioning to IP-based telephony within a Cisco enterprise environment.
Experience and Skills will include;
- Demonstrated experience specializing in stakeholder engagement and requirements capturing within Cisco enterprise telephony environments.
Telephony Business Engagement;
- Provide Key Voice telephony Stakeholder feedback to project board at end of each project stage.
- Develop future state telephony call flows and business process workflow documents.
- Analyse and document current telephony fault and request logging processes.
- Develop future state fault and request logging processes and procedures as directed by the business.
- Analyse and provide recommendations of future state workforce requirements to sustain operational telephony support post project closure.
