As our next Child and Family Health Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality, specialized child-Family Healthcare in an outpatient setting. This role requires providing care both independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include traveling and offering telehealth support to families in their homes. Excellent communication, impeccable clinical assessment, and case management skills are essential. The candidate will exhibit leadership, passion, and initiative in the Child and youth Family Health field, with a strong ability to advocate for child well-being and protection. The role also involves liaising and consulting with professionals from local services and non-government agencies to ensure the most efficient and effective client care. Support for the successful candidate will come from their line manager for operational guidance and from the Tablelands Child Family Health CNS2 and clinical stream network for clinical support. Additionally, they will be encouraged and supported to engage in ongoing clinical supervision and role-specific education opportunities.Where you'll be working:
