About the role
Tweed Community & Allied Health are seeking an Early Childhood Nurse to join their team. This role provides a Universal Health Home Visit (UHHV) for all families of newborn babies; monitors the growth, development and health status of the child (0 to 5 years) within the context of the family and promotes a holistic approach to care that focusses on the individual rights and needs of children and families.
