As a District Nurse you will provide specialist Home Nursing Services, including assessment of broader care needs, to our culturally diverse community within City of Greater Shepparton. As a District Nurse you will be responsible for taking a person-centered model of care approach in improving the health status and independence of consumers and their family.Preferably you are registered nurse with recent experience in an acute setting, with the ability to work autonomously, undertake a varied and diverse workload and provide interventions in predominately home-based settings.
