Working across a 14 day roster, we have permanent shift vacancies available as follows:
Week 1
- Day Shift - 7am to 12noon, 7am to 1pm and 7am to 3.15pm (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Afternoon Shift - 3pm to 9pm and 2.45pm to 11pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- Clinical Documentation - 8am to 4pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday). These shifts would ideally suit an experienced aged care Registered Nurse.
Week 2
- Day Shift - 7am to 12noon, 7am to 1pm and 7am to 3.15pm (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- Afternoon Shift - 3pm to 9pm and 2.45pm to 11pm (Monday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Night Shift - 10.45pm to 7.15am (Friday)
- Clinical Documentation - 8am to 4pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday). These shifts would ideally suit an experienced aged care Registered Nurse.

You will lead a well established team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers who are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of all residents in our facilities.
Ideally, you will possess a background working in aged care but most importantly, our values are demonstrated and embraced by you.

The Society of Saint Hilarion Inc Aged Care is a not-for-profit organisation, founded on an emphasis on family and community values. We ensure that our care recipients enjoy quality and compassionate services in a loving and caring environment across two 24/7 sites and Community programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support staff to provide high quality clinical and nursing care to consumers with complex nursing care needs.
- Review the health, wellbeing and life preferences of consumers.
- Utilise your people skills to supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses to enhance their skill levels.
- Oversee the implementation of care plans to ensure the health, wellbeing and life preferences of consumers are met.
- Understand and apply the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Ensure high quality up to date records are maintained.
Education Qualification / Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a current APHRA registration.
- Hold a Manual Handling, First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Current police clearance - dated within 12 months.
- Proven leadership skills that fosters a quality of care through professional development and team collaboration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in documentation of care notes and preparation of reports.
- A passion for nursing practice based upon holistic principles of delivering evidence based, person centred care.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
