SalaryWe currently have an immediate opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a passionate Nurse to work in the Aged Care Industry.

- Current AHPRA Registration
- A current National Police certificate
- Current First aid Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Energy, empathy and a sense of humor
- Computer Literacy
- Proof of right to work and live in Australia.
- Teamwork focused.
- Ability to work all shifts, night duty equitable.
Your tasks will include:
- Undertake client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plans
- Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
- Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants
- Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcome.
