Location: Colac, Victoria
Hours:Rostered shifts, permanent, full-time
Salary: Between $35.30 and $47.85 per hour + super, subject to years of experience.

As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services, aligned with a resident-centered model of care.
- Manage and provide efficient, effective, and compassionate care planning and assessment.
- Ensure safe and effective medication management in accordance with legislative requirements and policies.
- Collaborate with staff, healthcare professionals, residents, families, and Clinical Leadership teams to make clinical decisions based on best practices and positive resident outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- High level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
- An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing
- Understanding of and ability to manage human resource issues with effective negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
