Overview
An excellent opportunity exists for enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join the friendly team at Cleve Hospital.
The Registered Nurse will provide high quality direct person-centred nursing care by assessing individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies to patients of the Cleve Hospital and the local community.
