Registered Nurse – Dialysis
Fixed Term – to commence from 4th March 2024 until 9th February 2025
Part Time – 48 hours per fortnight
Classification: Registered Nurse Grade 2
Award: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the team in our Dialysis Department in this fixed-term position! In this role, you will deliver a high level of care to patients, provided in a quality framework. The ideal candidate will have dialysis experience. You will be working with a supportive Dialysis team.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
Qualifications:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
• Recent clinical experience in a health care setting with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Dialysis

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills

• Sound understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff at all levels within the organisation
• Ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Knowledge of and involvement in evidence-based practice and research activities
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice.
• Excellent organisational skills particularly with respect to time management
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and computer skills at the level required to fulfil the role.
