Form of workWe are seeking RNs Div 1 to ensure professional and effective delivery of clinical care to our residents. You will join our dedicated clinical team working in collaboration with care staff and report to the Clinical/Facility Manager.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Registered Nurse Div 1 with a current National Practicing Registration.
- Experience working in a residential aged care setting.
- Excellent problem solving, assessment and care planning skills.
- The ability to work independently, as part of a team and is self-motivated.
- The ability to utilise computerised documentation systems and records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills for complex issues, clinical assessment, and care planning.
You will be someone who can:
- Demonstrate prior experience in aged care.
- Provide exemplary care to our residents.
- Provide appropriate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
- Undertake assessments and implement best practice interventions that bring about positive outcomes for residents, their families, and staff.
