Registered Nurse - Hospital In The Home

As a part of expanding its Hospital in the Home service, Western Health is seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to provide acute care in the community setting.
As an experienced HITH Nurse, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and it is desirable that you have current experience of working in the community setting. Your duties will include the direct delivery of acute care in the community setting including assessment and escalation of care as required. The delivery of IV therapy along with complex wound management are key deliverables in the role of HITH nurse.
There are currently a number of roles available in the HITH program and relevant postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded although not essential.
