What You'll Do:

• Mastermind of the Build: Plan schedules, manage materials, and oversee construction crews to ensure smooth and efficient installations.
• Tech Guru: Review designs, troubleshoot issues, and keep the network humming like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the go-to person for technical questions and solutions.
• Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with our clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project. Clear communication is key!
• Team Leader: Guide your Rigging Crews and Field Technicians, ensuring everyone understands their role and contributes to the success of the project. Teamwork makes the dream work!
• Quality Control: Keep a watchful eye on standards, address any hiccups, and deliver projects that meet the highest quality expectations. Attention to detail is your friend.

Who You Are:

• Brainpower: Relevant degree (engineering, project management, or similar) and 2+ years of experience building networks or related projects. Bonus points for 5+ years!
• Multitasking Master: Juggling projects and deadlines is your forte. You thrive in a dynamic environment and keep your cool under pressure.
