About the role
You'll coordinate and deliver high quality, person-centered nursing care, in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures.
If you have:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Problem-solving skills and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery and coordination of patient care
- Effective communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding of person-centered care, evidence-based practice and quality improvement
