The home has been providing quality residential aged care accommodation and care for 33 residents with a diverse range of needs. Our facility offers residential aged care, dementia care, respite beds and palliative care. Saint Raphaels is a not for profit organisation.
Management, residents, families and staff at Saint Raphaels invite applications from a Registered Nurse level 1.The successful applicant will be an energetic RN who is self motivated, has a sense of pride for achieving good outcomes and enjoys delivering hands-on-care in consultation with residents and their families.
The holder of this position is responsible for delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to residents. The Registered Nurse is expected to apply competent clinical knowledge and skills to achieve clinical outcomes. This position also provides frontline leadership in the delivery of nursing care, which includes the coordination, delegation and supervision of care provided by personal care staff. The successful applicant is expected to have a sound knowledge of quality standards, legislation and continuous improvement.
Hours; 60-70 hours per fortnight across all shifts.
Remuneration; $65,000-$75,000

Qualifications; Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent; Reg with APHRA. CPR Certificate, manual handling Certificate.
Other Credential; Current National Police Certificate.
