Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Working in Aged Care facilities.
- Monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient’s conditions.
- Regular changing of dressings on participants wounds.
- Administer medication and treatments to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Supporting participants with complex and/or challenging needs.
- Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for the patient.
- Supervise, coordinate and work in consultation with other health care members.
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Current Federal Police Check.
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
- NDIS Clearance.
- Current Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 6 months clinical experience.
- Ready to start asap and flexible to take any shifts.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Only Australian based applicants will be considered.
