To be considered you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• 100 Points of ID 
• Police Check completed in the last 12 months
• Australian Immunisation History Statement 
• Proof of Flu Vaccination from the last 12 months
• NDIS Clearance (or proof of application for NSW)
• Copy of your Qualification
• Current CPR & First aid Certificate
• 2x References from a manager, team leader or supervisor only

Summary of Possible Duties:

• Provide high-quality support to residents
• Administration of Medications
• Liaising with patients, family, doctors, medical team, and other residents in the facility
• Documentation of patient assessments, medication intakes, and residents’ vital signs
• Depending on the facility and shift may need to be in charge
• Reporting directly to the Facility Manager / Care Manager
• Complying with the Facility policies and procedures
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service, presenting a professional manner
• Providing care in accordance with the resident’s individualised care plan
• Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
