Responsibilities may include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Conducting intricate clinical assessments.
- Identifying and fulfilling clients' clinical care needs.
- Providing Service / Care Coordinators with clinical reports and recommendations.
- Offering guidance and assistance to Service / Care Coordinators in assessing and achieving optimal client care results.
- Contributing to the creation of client care plans.
- Recording and notifying the client's Service / Care Coordinator of any irregularities.
- Managing and updating client records.
- Training support workers with essential clinical supports such as manual handling, wound care, catheter care, etc.
- NDIS Clarance (or willing to get one)
- 2023 Influenza Vaccine
- Covid-19 Vaccination and booster
- Minimum 6 months experience working in Australia
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be currently based in Australia
- Current driver's license or access to reliable transport
