- A Bachelor of Nursing Qualification
- A driver with own car/ transport
- A current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Demonstrated high level of analytical, written and verbal skills
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willing to obtain one
- Min 6 month work experience (in aged care is highly regarded)
- You will ensure the direct care needs of residents are met, through overseeing and evaluating care plans and individualized nursing needs of the residents. Supervision and direction of other Registered Nurses, care, and domestic staff.
- In charge shifts may be required at times
- Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to supervise and direct staff in providing care Ø Understanding of the accreditation standards
