Salary: $72,651 - $99,129 p.a. (pro rata) RN1 | 20 hours p.w. Ongoing
The Peritoneal Dialysis Unit is looking for their next nurse to join them in an Ongoing, Part-Time role.
The Division of Medicine, Cardiac and Critical offers a Peritoneal Dialysis service which provides education for patients and families, training and ongoing support for patients undertaking Peritoneal Dialysis, and an outreach service to country patients.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and evidence-based care to patients undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Actively participating in quality improvement activities to enhance patient/client safety and minimise risks.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Display creativity and flexibility in addressing clinical issues, contributing to an innovative and dynamic clinical setting.
Ability to integrate theoretical knowledge, evidence, and personal experience for optimal patient care outcomes.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution skills.
