We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join the team within our Perth Metro Facilities, working between Monday to Friday to service a number of vacant shifts.
Brightwater are seeking to fill vacant AM & PM between Monday to Friday, our AM shift typically being 7am to 3.15pm and our PM shift typically between 3pm and 10.15pm
Those interested in weekend work can highlight their interest within their cover-letter however these shifts are in high-demand.
Our preference is for those that can commit to a minimum of two days per week (excluding weekends), so if you share a spirit that is caring, authentic, progressive, and courageous – we would love to hear from you!
The Role
This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.
Our metro Residential Aged Care facilities include:
North Kingsley, Madeley and Oxford Gardens (Joondalup).
Central Onslow Gardens (Subiaco) Redcliffe, Inglewood, The Village (Inglewood) and Birralee (Innaloo).
South The Oaks (Waikiki) and The Cove (Mandurah)
If our vacant shifts don’t align to your available days, we may require you to work at more than one site.
We can assist with shifts between our facilities and will discuss your preferences during the screening process.
To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Deliver a strong clinical care service, ideally with two years post grad Australian aged care experience
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
- Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
- Provide First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
