We have multiple vacancies available for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated clinical team at Southern Fleurieu Health Services.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct person-centred nursing care and/or individual case management to patients/clients by assessing individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies.
