- Employment Term: Full-time AND Part Time opportunities available (mix of AM, PM & Night shifts)
- Location: Bundaberg Riverlea Aged Care Facilities!
- Remuneration: $35.41 - $44.16 p/hr (based upon experience) + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
- Relocation Assistance allowance up to $5000 (paid as reimbursements of actual costs incurred)
- Sign on and Retention bonuses totalling up to $14,500 over 12 months
- PLUS $250 fortnightly allowance on offer per fortnight in addition to fortnightly pay (for 3 months)

Your part in our BlueCare team
As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us?
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
