Registered Nurse | BlueCare | RELOCATE TO BUNDABERG QUEENSLAND!!

• Employment Term: Full-time OR Part-time opportunities available
• Location: Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility 
• Remuneration: $35.41 - $44.16 p/hr (based upon experience) + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
• Rural & remote allowance of up to $250 per fortnight in addition to your fortnightly pay (capped at 12 fortnights) 
• Sign on & retention bonuses of up to $14,500 over 12 months 
• Relocation assistance of up to $5000 (paid via reimbursement of actual costs incurred)

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include: 

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us? 

• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
• General nursing experience, post-registration
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
