AddressLooking for a Registered Nurse for a full-time or part-time role at a great mixed billing medical practice located in the Dee Why area
There are 2 x roles available at this practice
One would be for a full-time nurse to work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, then another role would be for 3 days per week to work
Benefits:
- Pay rates are around $40 an hour depending on experience
- Very busy family style pratice with lots of mums and children visiting
- 2 x nurses are on every day
- The main role is to support the GPs in what they need
- 7 to 8 Doctors who are working full-time
- The main role is to help with care plans, complex wound dressings, health assessments and wound management
- Best Practice software used throughout the practice
- Shifts would be from 8 am to 4 pm 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm
- Street parking is available
- Saturday roster is from 9 am to 3 pm and loading will apply
- The role is available for an immediate start
- Very high patient loads - doctors are booked days in advance
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Nurse in a GP Centre
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Can handle a high volume of patients
- Ability to deal with reception staff and doctors
- Pleasant personality and hardworking attitude
