Flinders Medical Centre are looking for dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join the Short Stay Surgical Ward!
About the Role:
As a nurse in this position, you will consolidate your knowledge, experience and/or further study to provide nursing services across a variety of health service settings. Nurses at this level accepts accountability for their own standards of nursing care and for activities delegated to others.
About you:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the area of Acute Surgical Nursing practice in accordance with the relevant standards
- Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Please Note: This role is multi-classed as RN1 or RN2C and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
