As aRegistered Nurse (RN), you will deliver safe compassionate clinical care whilst working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. You will engage in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of direct person-centred care.
Ward 6C Medical Assessment and Planning Unit (MAPU) is an inpatient short stay medical assessment unit providing acute nursing and health care for patients requiring admission to hospital for general medical conditions, providing multidisciplinary care 24/7.
