What do you need to have?
- AHPRA Registration in Australia
- Proven experience and dedication to Aged Care nursing
- 6 months minimum experience of working in Aged Care
- Current Police Check (under 12 months old)
- Working with Vulnerable Card (with NDIS endorsement) OR
- NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
What will you be doing?
- Provide compassionate and person-centered nursing care to elderly residents.
- Collaborate with the Aged Care team to ensure residents' well-being and quality of life.
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident assessments and interventions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Aged Care services.
