What do you need to apply
Previous experience as a Practice Nurse desirable but not essential
Completion of Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program (mandatory)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Clear understanding of Practice Management systems
Chronic Disease management
Triage processes
Provide evidenced based nursing care, Health Promotion and Maintenance
Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
Ensure patient and staff safety
Competent wound management skills
Diagnostic procedures e.g. Blood pressure monitoring , ECG , Spirometry 
Assisting doctors with surgical procedures e.g. dressing, excisions
Stock management and cold chain management
Venipuncture
Must have current unconditional registration with AHPRA and have minimum 12 months experience as a Nurse.
