Yackandandah Health is seeking REGISTERED NURSES to join our team for permanent night shift, who are passionate about giving our Aged Care residents dedicated care, always placing the individual first. Reporting to our Director of Nursing, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Being responsible for ensuring high quality, resident-focused and clinical care utilizing a person-centered approach is delivered to residents
- Supervising and assisting other care employees
- Building and fostering partnerships with each resident and their families, respecting and ensuring their dignity, and focusing on their health and wellbeing.
- Working within a supporting team to coordinate and deliver care.
- Providing complex clinical care including but not limited to: wound dressing; administration of medications; condition assessments and referrals.
- Entering reports and observations on our computer program, E-Case.
- Evaluating and maintaining care plans to meet changing needs of residents
