AddressSeeking expressions of interest from experienced Registered Nurses and Professional Carers located in Ballina, who will be responsible for providing personal care services to meet the needs of the residents. This care is provided as part of a holistic, person centered care model that takes account of resident's needs, whether physical, emotional, social or spiritual.
Successful applicants would have:
- Bachelors in Nursing (registered) OR
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or relevant experience with other relevant certificate
- Previous work experience as a care professional in an aged care or disability services environment
- Experience in dementia care will be an advantage
- Demonstrate excellent communication and display a high level of interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, trustworthy, flexible and honest
- Morning, afternoon and night shifts available.
We are interested to hear from people that also need to complete their placement hours if completed their Cert 3. If you have a caring nature, with a willingness to demonstrate empathy for older people, then this is the position for you!
