The Psychologist collaborates in a clinical team, addressing client needs ethically. Responsibilities include clinical consultations, therapeutic support, and conducting Psychological assessments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide psychological therapy to clients aged 8+, including individuals, families, and carers.
- Conduct clinical interviews, assessments, and deliver evidence-based treatment plans.
- Administer psychometric assessments, develop psychoeducational groups, and conduct relevant research.
- Maintain accurate records, perform non-clinical tasks, and coordinate services with other staff.
- Engage in professional development, communicate openly with the team, and participate in marketing and networking activities.
- Diverse therapy approaches: in-clinic and walk-and-talk sessions tailored to each client.

- Formal individual and group supervision, along with mentoring and debriefing opportunities.

- $90,000 - $120,000 + Super + Salary sacrifice
- Flexibility in choosing work hours and days.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- AHPRA registration
- Current Working with Children check
- Current Criminal Record check
- Eligible for, or willing to obtain Medicare provider number
- Maintain current Professional Indemnity/ Liability Insurance as per AHPRA requirements
