In response to the growing demand and change in the regulatory landscape, we are looking to hire critical thinkers and problem solvers to join our regulatory and compliance team in Perth, providing market leading transformation services and practical solutions that make a material impact to our client's market reputation and social trust of their organisations.
If you have an aptitude for either process assurance over the law, change management or working with numbers to justify outcomes, a graduate role in our Regulatory and Compliance team could be for you.
What will your typical day look like?
You will start the day with a sense of purpose and end the day with a sense of accomplishment. You will learn to provide services and solutions that drive efficiency and risk capability uplift for C-Suite and senior leaders, leveraging risk methodologies combined with leading technology and data innovation. You will work with our clients to offer insights on pivotal Regulation and Compliance challenges faced in today's market across sustainability, supply chains, industrial relations, workplace integrity, data risk, technology implementation, national security and more. You'll have 100% support from the team as you pick up these new skills. As you progress you will develop tailored recommendations and solutions enhancing the client's capacity to act.
Who will you be working with?
Our market focused regulatory and compliance team is comprised of 3 main pillars: * Transformation and Advisory: Our Transformation and Advisory team shape strategy, define policy and navigate the changing regulatory environment for our clients, implementing change management techniques supported by technology solutions to reduce regulatory burdens and compliance costs, while adopting more efficient, effective, and transparent control environment, across a wide range of industries!

• Workplace Integrity: Our Workplace Integrity team combines practitioners with analytics with deep industrial relations expertise to support clients to navigate the complex workplace regulatory landscape and identify innovative opportunities to achieve great outcomes for businesses and their employees.
• Data Risk and Compliance Analytics: Our Data Risk and Compliance Analytics team supports our clients from development of their data strategy and governance framework through to implementation of operational analytics solutions. This team compliments the other teams in regulatory and compliance by supporting your solutions for operational risk, legislative compliance, and control transformation.

You are an inquisitive student with a knack for solving complex problems. You may also have:

• Background in Business, Law, Commerce, Finance or similar
• Great interpersonal skills and thrive in collaborative environments
• A passion for consulting and presenting information for visual impact
• A drive to untangle challenges and solve ambiguous and fuzzy problems with creative solutions
• Motivated to use your own initiative to achieve high standards for your clients and team.
• Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship (required)
