The Licensing team within ECRA is responsible for deciding applications for early childhood education and care providers and services in Queensland, primarily under the .Your Role:The role is within ECRA's Licensing Team to:
- Apply relevant early childhood education and care (ECEC) legislation, standards, policies and procedures when undertaking administrative tasks that support the licensing team in deciding applications and notifications in line with the
- Acting as the first point of contact, monitoring and following up on regulatory matters and prioritising work according to risk.
- Implementing administrative procedures to ensure efficient intake and progression of regulatory matters in accordance with the ECEC legislation and principles of good administrative decision making, including processing financial transactions, such as application and annual fees, as required.
- Monitoring, processing, validating applications as required, tracking and escalating matters according to risk.
- Coordinating team workflow using regulatory systems and databases, ensuring correct data capture and review.
- Providing support in the maintenance of records, and regulatory and records management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with information management requirements.
