Visit us .About Your RoleThe Wagga WaggaRehabilitation Occupational Therapist (OT) is a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing rehabilitation across WWBH and specific outreach locations. The OT will be working predominantly in the community setting, providing goal-based, person-centred rehabilitation. This OT will be providing clinic-based, home-based and virtual service delivery. This position reports to the Rehabilitation Services Coordinator.Key Roles:
- Develop and implement a high standard of comprehensive, evidence based OT assessment and intervention with complex clients (including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, amputees, deconditioning and complex orthopedic conditions).
- Within the framework of the multidisciplinary team operate autonomously with limited direct clinical supervision and demonstrate advanced reasoning skills.
- Provide supervision to Level 1/2 Occupational Therapists within the team.
