Client Administration & Trust Accounting:
- Daily receipting for CRM
- Client Procedures and training
- Managing Administration tasks
- Processing owner and creditor payments
- Rental Trust, Mid/End of month processing for clients
- Assisting Property Managers with ledgers, statements, and owner/Tenant queries
- Relationship management, external client inquiries
Previous experience in Trust Accounting and Property Management PARAMOUNT.
- Outstanding communication skills, good with numbers, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
- Previous experience with property ME, and other common Property Management software/s
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate is desirable but not required
- Monday – Friday Position
