Your Role:
This role forms a critical part of Chubb Australia's Accident & Health division. You will be a 'go-to' person at Chubb, with responsibility for the development and execution of relevant distribution strategies.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for generating new business and meeting production targets; by servicing an allocated panel of brokers, utilising internal reports and adhering to a visitation schedule; across Chubb's Accident & Health product suite.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve allocated Sales Targets and KPI's for Accident & Health.
- Manage existing producer relationships through active communication.
- Facilitate training sessions and presentations to brokers on underwriting appetite and understanding Chubb systems and platforms.
- Be a leader in the use of Microsoft Dynamics by logging broker visitations, managing and updating your pipeline and to provide detailed analysis and reporting to your broker panel.
- Manage internal stakeholder expectations in line with campaign or broker targeted direction. Directions will be defined and communicated by the relevant Product leader.
- Coordinate Whole-of-Account opportunities, working closely with Underwriters to convert these opportunities.
- Be across and have an in-depth understanding of the Distribution Strategy, including strategies for Cluster Groups, Distribution segments and individual brokers.
- Develop and execute broker Key Account Plans
