Key Responsibilities
- Establish and foster strong relationships with employers affiliated with the company;
- Act as the primary point of contact for employer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to employers;
- Conduct regular meetings with employers to comprehend their needs and offer customised solutions;
- Ongoing assessment of opportunities to enhance employer satisfaction and engagement;
- Work in partnership with employers to deliver member education to support Fund grow and retention targets, including workplace and online seminars and presentation to maximise reach to support KPI objectives;
- Establish and strengthen robust relationships with employers to implement strategies aimed at attracting new employers; AND
- Prepare reports and presentations on employer relations activities for management review.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- RG146 certified
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Management or related discipline preferred;
- Experience in account management and building relationships within the financial services industry;
- Comprehensive understanding of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation products;
- Solid ability to build and maintain external stakeholder relationships in an organized manner;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Demonstrated solid analytical and problem solving abilities; AND
- Advanced presentation skills.
